Common Production Process

01 UV printing

The main purpose is to increase the brightness and artistic effect of the product, and to protect the surface of the product. Its hardness is high, corrosion resistance is resistant to friction, and scratches are not easy to appear. It can only be solved by local UV or sanding.

02 Coating

The transparent plastic film is attached to the surface of the printed matter by hot pressing to protect and increase gloss. It not only improves the gloss and fastness of the printed matter, but also prolongs the service life of the printed matter. At the same time, the plastic film also plays a protective role in moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-fouling, abrasion resistance, folding resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

03 Die cutting

Die-cutting is a cutting process for the post-processing of printed matter. The die-cutting process can make printed matter or other paper products into a die-cutting blade for cutting according to the pre-designed graphics, so that the shape of the printed matter is no longer limited to straight The sides are at right angles.

04 Embossing

The embossing template usually adopts laser engraving copperplate. When the thickness, toughness and surface tension of the paper allow, multiple embossing can be made into an integrated embossing template, and the effect of surface undulation can enhance the process effect of the picture. Within the allowable range of paper toughness, the drop between the lowest point and the highest point can even reach more than 3mm.

05 Hot stamping

The hot stamping process uses the principle of hot press transfer to transfer the aluminum foil to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. Because the main material used for hot stamping is anodized aluminum foil, hot stamping is also called anodized aluminum hot stamping.

1. EVA lining

3. The tray inside the blister

The blister is to seal the product in a blister formed by a transparent plastic sheet and a bottom plate (made of cardboard, plastic film or sheet, aluminum foil or their composite materials). The blister pack has good sealing performance, can be waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, rust-proof, and can extend the protection period.

4. Pearl cotton flocking

EPE is a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material. It is composed of low-density polyethylene grease through physical foaming to produce countless independent bubbles. Overcome the shortcomings of ordinary styrofoam that are fragile, deformed and poor in recovery. It is an ideal substitute for traditional packaging materials.

Flocking pearl cotton is made by bonding flocking cloth and pearl cotton together to produce flocking pearl cotton.
